CNC Precision Ground Gears are manufactured for mechanical systems where controlled tooth geometry and gear accuracy are important to assembly performance. CNC gear cutting and finishing processes are selected according to the gear design and required accuracy grade.
We offer module sizes from 2 to 8 and material options including 20CrMnTi and 42CrMo. Gear accuracy can be specified as DIN Grade 6 or ISO Grade 7, with hardness requirements of HRC 58–62.

We manufacture gears according to customer drawings and confirmed specifications. Please provide the module, tooth count, material, accuracy grade and any required heat treatment. If grinding is essential to the finished gear, identify the required accuracy and critical features when submitting the drawing.
