Stock Bevel Gears

These stock bevel gears transfer power between intersecting shafts, changing the direction of power flow. They are mainly used in rear axle main reducers. Bevel gears allow a 90° (or other) change in power direction. Spiral bevel gears have a high contact ratio, taking up to 30% more load than straight bevel gears. They also engage gradually, providing low noise and reduced vibration. Straight bevel gears cost less and are suitable for low-speed, low-load applications. We have 8 years of experience making transmission parts. Spiral bevel gears require specialized machines and skilled operators. We use CNC spiral bevel gear cutting machines to control the tooth contact pattern with precision. Each gear is checked for tooth contact pattern, side gap, and mounting distance to ensure perfect meshing with its mate. Third-party inspections are welcome. Orders start at 50 pieces (pairs), and we support OEM and ODM customization. Custom samples take about 60 days.
