These details need to be settled before a replacement part or a new gear set enters production.
We manufacture planetary reduction gears in modules from 1.5 to 12, with 20CrMnTi, 42CrMo and 40Cr available as material options. The required accuracy can be specified from DIN Grade 6 to Grade 9, depending on the design. For OEM buyers, the starting point is the gear drawing and the requirements of the complete assembly, rather than the gear dimensions alone.

OEM/ODM Customization
We produce gears to customer drawings. When requesting a quotation, please provide the module, tooth count, material grade and required DIN accuracy grade, along with the relevant dimensional information.
For a multi-gear planetary assembly, drawings of the mating gears and assembly layout are also useful. They allow us to review the specified dimensions and tooth geometry before the production requirements are finalized. Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces.
Quality Control
Before production, we confirm the approved drawing, material specification and required gear accuracy grade for the order. The specified dimensions and tooth geometry serve as the technical reference for manufacturing.
For orders involving several mating gears, the related drawings should be checked together so that the requirements for each component are clearly defined. Any changes to the material, dimensions or accuracy grade should be confirmed before production begins.
