We grind the gear to achieve DIN 7 grade accuracy for smooth engagement and low noise. The carburized layer is 0.8–1.2 mm deep with a surface hardness of HRC58–62, giving the gear high load capacity. Factory Expertise and CNC Precision
Our 8,000㎡ factory and 45-person team handle all processes in-house, with monthly capacity of 2–3 million pieces. Full CNC equipment ensures accuracy, including gear hobbing machines, gear grinding machines, and CNC lathes. Each machine is regularly calibrated. From raw material to finished part, we conduct spot checks on tooth shape, direction, and case depth. Third-party inspections are welcome. Orders start at 50 pieces.
