Clutch Input Shaft

The Clutch Input Shaft is the primary shaft in your gearbox. It connects directly to the clutch driven plate, taking engine power and transmitting it into the transmission. Yancheng Botu Transmission Machinery manufactures this shaft from forged 20CrMnTi steel. It is carburized and quenched, then precision-ground. The gear and spline are machined to DIN 7 grade accuracy, ensuring smooth power input and seamless gear shifts. A reliable Clutch Input Shaft is the start of every efficient power flow.

We use a precise gear grinding process to achieve DIN 7 grade gear shape accuracy. This ensures smooth engagement with the constant-mesh main shaft gear. The carburized layer is 0.8–1.2mm deep with a surface hardness of HRC58–62, giving the gear high load capacity. All shafts are produced using full CNC equipment, including CNC gear hobbing machines, CNC gear grinding machines, and CNC lathes. Machines are regularly calibrated to maintain precision.
