Shaft Mounted Clutch

This shaft mounted clutch is a core component, connecting the clutch driven plate to the transmission input shaft. It absorbs the shock of clutch engagement and transmits full engine torque. At Yancheng Botu Transmission Machinery, we manufacture this part from forged 20CrMnTi steel. It undergoes carburizing and quenching, followed by precise grinding. The spline and bearing seat are machined to IT6 accuracy, ensuring smooth clutch engagement and efficient power transfer. A high-quality shaft mounted clutch improves machine performance and reliability.

The forged shaft has a dense structure, and carburizing plus quenching produces a tough core with a hardness of 35–42 HRC, providing excellent impact resistance. The spline teeth are finely ground for smooth sliding with the clutch driven plate hub. The bearing seat is high-frequency hardened and ground to ensure long service life. This shaft mounted clutch is engineered for durability and consistent performance.

We operate an 8,000㎡ factory with a 45-person team and a monthly capacity of 2–3 million pieces. All production is handled in-house, without relying on outside suppliers. Orders start at 50 pieces, and we can accommodate both small and large batches with flexible scheduling. Every shaft is carefully inspected-from raw material to finished part-for spline size, bearing seat roundness, and length tolerance. Third-party inspection is available upon request.
