This Auxiliary Transmission Output Shaft delivers power from the auxiliary gearbox to the final drive. It receives torque from the auxiliary drive shaft and transmits it reliably to your drivetrain. At Yancheng Botu Transmission Machinery, we manufacture this shaft from 42CrMo steel. It undergoes quenching and tempering, followed by high-frequency hardening of the journal. The 42CrMo steel, combined with our tempering process, provides a tensile strength of 950 MPa or higher-strong enough to handle the increased torque from the auxiliary gearbox. Spline teeth are hardened to HRC 50–55 for excellent wear resistance, ensuring long-lasting performance. Center holes on both ends are carefully machined, maintaining journal alignment within 0.02 mm. This shaft stays true over time and delivers power reliably under demanding conditions.

We use full CNC equipment-including lathes, spline mills, and cylindrical grinders-calibrated regularly to ensure consistent accuracy. Orders start at 50 pieces, with options for custom samples or CAD-based production. A custom sample takes about 60 days; batch orders typically require 30–50 days. Each shaft comes with a 1-year warranty and fast after-sales service. Any quality issue will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
