The output connection determines whether a power take-off shaft can work with the equipment it drives. Our PTO Output Shaft transfers rotational power from an engine or gearbox to an auxiliary mechanism, such as an agricultural implement or connected pump.

For this component, the spline profile, shaft-end dimensions, and treated contact areas must be coordinated with the mating assembly. We use 40Cr or 42CrMo steel and offer quenching and tempering followed by induction hardening for specified configurations. The stated surface-hardness range is HRC50–55.

Quality Control

Our inspection process includes dimensional checks on sampled parts throughout production. Full inspection is available for selected products, and third-party inspection can be arranged by agreement.
