Helical Stainless Steel Spur Gears are intended for mechanical transmission applications where the gear design calls for stainless steel and a specified tooth arrangement. The final tooth form-straight or helical-should be confirmed from the engineering drawing, since the two designs have different geometry.

We offer a module range of 1–10. The stainless steel grade must be confirmed for each project, and gear accuracy can be specified within DIN Grades 6–9 according to the design requirements.

OEM/ODM Customization

We manufacture according to customer drawings. Please specify the stainless steel grade, module, tooth count, tooth form and required accuracy grade. If corrosion-related material requirements affect the selection, please identify the operating environment so the appropriate grade can be reviewed.

Quality Control

The selected stainless steel grade and tooth configuration are confirmed before production. Gear dimensions and accuracy are checked against the agreed drawing and DIN grade requirement. Material selection should be finalized before the order enters production.
