The Auxiliary Gearbox Drive Shaft is designed for drive transmission within an auxiliary gearbox assembly. Its dimensions and gear-related interfaces must correspond to the gearbox layout to support correct installation and engagement with connected components.

We manufacture this shaft from 20CrMnTi steel, using carburizing and quenching to achieve the specified hardness. The production scope is based on the customer's drawing and the requirements of the intended gearbox.

Sample development takes approximately 60 days; the timing for subsequent production depends on the order specifications.

Quality Control

The specified material, heat treatment, hardness and gear accuracy requirements are used as the basis for inspection. Critical interfaces should be identified on the drawing so that the relevant features can be checked against the agreed requirements.
