Agricultural machinery uses a power take-off (PTO) connection to transfer rotational power to compatible implements and auxiliary equipment. Our Agricultural PTO Shaft is designed for this transmission role, with its end connection and overall dimensions determined by the equipment interface.

For replacement buyers, identifying the correct spline profile and installed length is essential because PTO components must match the connected tractor or implement. We manufacture these shafts from 40Cr or 42CrMo steel. Quenching and tempering followed by induction hardening is available for specified configurations, with a stated surface-hardness range of HRC50–55.

OEM/ODM Customization

We manufacture according to customer drawings or physical samples. Shaft length, diameter, spline profile, connection dimensions, steel grade, and heat-treatment requirements can be customized. Compatibility should be verified against the relevant tractor or implement specifications before production.

Quality Control

Sampled parts undergo dimensional checks throughout production. Full inspection can be arranged for selected products, and third-party inspection is accepted. Spline geometry and critical mating dimensions should be confirmed before machining.
