Billet Output Shaft

The Billet Output Shaft is the power output shaft of your transmission. It takes power from the gearbox gears and delivers it to the drive shaft or rear axle. Yancheng Botu Transmission Machinery manufactures this shaft from 42CrMo steel. We perform quenching and tempering, then harden the journal with high-frequency. The spline is precision-machined for reliable engagement. A robust Billet Output Shaft ensures all your engine's power reaches the wheels efficiently.

The 42CrMo steel, combined with our tempering process, gives this shaft a tensile strength of 950MPa or more-strong enough to handle the highest output torque from the gearbox. Spline teeth are hardened with high-frequency to HRC50–55, making them highly wear-resistant. Precision machining of the center holes keeps journal alignment within 0.02mm, ensuring smooth, true rotation. This Billet Output Shaft is built to withstand long-term high-torque use with flanges or universal joints.

With 8 years of experience producing transmission components, we understand the demands on a gearbox output shaft.
