Pto Input Shaft

This PTO input shaft is a critical component, connecting the clutch to the power output unit. It transfers power whenever the clutch is engaged or disengaged. At Yancheng Botu Transmission Machinery, we manufacture this shaft from forged 20CrMnTi steel. It undergoes carburizing and quenching, followed by precise grinding. The spline and journal are machined to IT6 accuracy, ensuring smooth clutch engagement and full disengagement. A high-quality PTO input shaft contributes to a smooth and efficient operation.

The forged shaft has a dense structure, and carburizing with quenching creates a tough core capable of withstanding the shock of clutch engagement. The spline teeth are finely ground for smooth sliding with the clutch driven plate hub. Stress-relief treatment after final machining ensures the shaft remains accurate over time, maintaining consistent performance for years.

We operate an 8,000㎡ specialized factory with a 45-person team, producing 2–3 million pieces per month. Orders for PTO input shafts start at 50 pieces, and we can handle both small and large batches. OEM and ODM customization are supported-you can provide a CAD drawing or a sample for replication. Custom samples take about 60 days.
